We offer multiple fulfillments options including free store pick-up at SkyMall (Nairobi CBD), door-to-door rider deliveries within Nairobi, and insured parcel shipping to all major towns across Kenya.

3. In-Store Collection (Free Pickup)

Customers located in or visiting Nairobi CBD can collect their orders directly from our shop without paying shipping fees:

• Location: SkyMall, Basement (Luthuli Street & Gaberone Street Junction), Nairobi.
• Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 7:00 PM), Saturday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
• Requirements: Please present your order confirmation code or phone number used during inquiry/purchase.

4. Parcel Tracking & Receiving

For orders shipped outside Nairobi via door-to-door or station parcel couriers:

• Once your package is handed over to the courier service, we will share the Waybill / Tracking Number and courier contact details via SMS or WhatsApp.
• Please present a valid National ID or Passport when picking up parcels at courier station offices upcountry.
• Always inspect the parcel packaging before signing the courier receipt to ensure seals are intact.

5. Transit Insurance & Handling

All mobile devices dispatched via our verified courier partners are securely packaged in tamper-evident materials. In the rare event of damage or loss during transit:

• Notify us immediately via phone/WhatsApp within 2 hours of receipt.
• Provide photographs or videos of the damaged parcel/box before unboxing completely.
