Welcome to Naiphones. By accessing our website, contacting our team via phone or WhatsApp, or purchasing products at our store in SkyMall, Nairobi CBD, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Product Availability & Pricing

We strive to keep our stock listings and price quotes as accurate as possible. However:

• Smartphone availability and prices in the electronics market are subject to change without prior notice.
• Placing an inquiry or filling out a contact form does not constitute a binding price lock until payment or deposit confirmation is made.
• In the event of an inadvertent pricing error, Naiphones reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed orders and issue full updates to the customer.

3. Payment Terms

All purchases must be settled in full at the time of purchase or prior to shipment dispatch. We accept payment through:

• Official M-Pesa Buy Goods / Paybill options.
• Verified Bank Transfers into official store accounts.
• Direct Cash at our retail counter in SkyMall.

4. Warranty & Technical Support

All original devices sold at Naiphones are backed by standard manufacturer warranties:

• Warranty coverage applies strictly to manufacturing and factory defects.
• Physical damage, water ingress, cracked screens, unauthorized tampering, or improper voltage connections nullify all warranty claims.
• Warranty procedures are governed in accordance with our official Returns & Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property & Brand Names

All brand names, product logos, and images (such as Apple, Samsung, Xiaomi, Techno, Infinix, etc.) referenced on our platform belong to their respective registered trademark owners. Naiphones operates as an independent retailer and reseller of genuine consumer electronics in Kenya.

6. Limitation of Liability

Naiphones shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use any product purchased from our store, including loss of saved phone data. Customers are advised to maintain backups of all personal files and data on cloud platforms or external drives.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any legal disputes arising in connection with transactions shall fall under the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
